We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data by submitting the form below or by contacting us directly.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number, ID number, gender, photo)
• Your appointment booking history
• Your authentication credentials
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Note: Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate medical record-keeping purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations.

How to Request Deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email to the address below with your full name and the email associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
